SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to Suprize!
Suprize is owned and operated by Suprize LTD.
(Hereinafter referred to as “Suprize”).
This shipping policy applies to all prizes awarded by Suprize through contests available on the website.
Suprize undertakes to deliver the prize in perfect condition to the address indicated by the participant when registering on the website. In order to optimize the delivery, we kindly ask the participant to indicate an address where the prize can be delivered during normal business hours.
1. SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY
Only participants who have won a prize in one of our competitions and who comply with all terms and conditions will be eligible to receive shipment of their prize.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Unless otherwise specified, all shipping costs will be borne by Suprize. Winners will not be charged any additional costs to receive their prize.
3. SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is the winner’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Suprize will not be responsible for prizes not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Suprize recommends that participants provide a secure delivery address, for example, their home or workplace. Suprize is not responsible for prizes lost or stolen due to insecure delivery addresses.
4. DELIVERY TIME
Once the winner’s address is confirmed, Suprize commits to ship the prize within 5 – 7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the winner’s location and other logistical factors.
5. SHIPPING METHOD
Prizes will be shipped via postal mail or any other reputable courier service selected by Suprize.
6. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once the prize has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the winner to track the delivery.
7. UNCLAIMED PRIZES
If a prize is unclaimed or undeliverable within [14 days] after the first delivery attempt, the winner will be redrawn. The new winner will then be contacted and again should get into contact with Suprize within [14 days] of being notified.
8. DAMAGE OR LOSS
Suprize will only send Prizes in there best condition. Suprize Accepts no responsibility for Prizes that arrive damaged or fail to arrive once out in transit. In the unfortunate instance that the prize arrives damaged at the prize winners destination; it is the responsibility of the prize winner to raise this with the courier.
9. DELAYS
Suprize is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Suprize is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
10. SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment Suprize makes the prize available to the winner, which is possible thanks to the control system used by the courier company when the status of the shipment changes to “completed” or “delivered”.
11. POLICY CHANGES
Suprize reserves the right to change this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
