(Hereinafter referred to as “Suprize”).

Thank you for choosing to participate in our competitions. The following is our refund policy for ticket purchases on our website. It is essential that all participants read, understand and agree to this policy before making a purchase.

1. NO REFUND

Once a ticket purchase has been made for any competition on our website, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing a ticket, you accept and understand this condition.

2. CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF COMPETITION

In the event that a competition is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered the option to transfer the ticket for a future competition or receive a refund for the ticket(s) purchased. 

3. PURCHASE ERRORS

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the purchase has been made for the correct competition and on the desired date. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for errors in the selection or purchase of tickets.

4. DISAGREEMENT WITH RESULTS

Disagreement with the results of a competition or any decision made by the organizers is not grounds for a refund. All decisions are final.

5. MEANS OF PAYMENT

Refunds, when applicable and as described above, will be made using the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction.
